Kendra graduated cum laude from North Carolina Central University with a degree in public health education. With a strong background in education, youth programming, and grants management, she has dedicated her career to supporting marginalized communities. Growing up in rural North Carolina, Kendra understands the systemic barriers faced by underserved youth, particularly Black girls, in accessing resources and opportunities for personal and academic growth.
Kendra works closely with youth to provide mentorship, educational support, and guidance, ensuring they have the tools needed to overcome obstacles and create brighter futures. In addition to her work with youth, Kendra has experience in grants management and reporting, ensuring that programs are not only impactful but also compliant with funding guidelines.
